LCC – Expressions: Guest Speaker – Bob Hills
Bob Hills is a retired high-tech executive who has discovered a deep passion for photography and digital art. Bobs works centers on three distinct facets: -Creatively capturing images in-camera, -Artistically processing those images to create more expressive pieces of artwork, and -Teaching others how to achieve similar results He frequently incorporates multiple exposures, intentional blur, and innovative image processing techniques to move beyond traditional photography and create more interpretive, expressive images.

LCC – Botanicals & Still Life: Reveal – Field Trip, People: Theme Presentation Environmental Portrature
How well do you know the plants around you? Here's your chance to combine your photography skills with a little botanical detective work. Submit photos in any or all of the following catefories. Annuals - Plants that complete their life cycle in a single growing season. Perennials - Plants that return year after year. Edible Botanicals - Plants, fruits, vegetables, herbs, or fungi that are safe for human consumption. Poisonous Botanicals - Plants or fungi that are poisonous to humans. A little research may be needed to correctly identify your subject, so have fun learning something along the way. Be sure to label each submission with the appropriate category followed by the photo name.

Speaker: Rob Shea “An Introduction to Color Infrared Photography”
Bio Rob Shea is an infrared, landscape, and travel photographer who has created over 125 YouTube videos covering infrared photography, including detailed tutorials, shooting and editing guides, tips, tricks, raw editor reviews, and product reviews. He has created multiple tools to simplify the complex editing workflow for color infrared images. The Infrared Profile Pack and Chrome Profile Pack are free collections of camera-specific profiles which allow setting of a good white balance in Adobe and other raw editors. Simplify the color swapping process with Photoshop actions, Lightroom profiles, ON1 Photo RAW presets, darktable presets, and LUTs. His book, Color Doesn’t Exist: A Practical Guide to Infrared Photography, is the definitive guide for photographers new to and experienced with infrared photography. He has introduced infrared photography to photo clubs in the United Kingdom, South Africa, Canada, and in the United States including California, New Mexico, Wisconsin, and New Jersey. An Introduction to Color Infrared Photography What is digital color infrared photography, and why would you want to shoot it? What are the roadblocks to shooting and editing digital color infrared images? We will cover the equipment needed to shoot infrared, including unconverted and converted cameras, specialized filters, the color infrared styles you can use, the camera settings to use, and how to edit your images. We'll discuss white balancing, color swapping, and the various workflows for processing color and monochrome images.

LCC – Pictorial: Guest Speaker – Ann Mitchell
Ann will discuss her series Chance Chronicles, explaining the distinctive methods she uses to develope visual ideas. Her final images closely resemble the pictorialist style of photographers from more than a century ago. She will also explore historical techniques for creating tonal, atmospheric effects and demonstrate how similar qualities can be achieved with todays digital software.

The guest speaker is Essdras Suarez. He will be presenting The Birds of Panama. - Two-time Pulitzer Prize-winning photographer - Educator, author and international speaker - Career spans more than three decades - Renowned for his visual storytelling - Spent twenty years as a photojournalist at major U.S. newspapers before transitioning into freelance editorial and commercial photography -His work has appeared in publications including Time, The New York Times, The Washington Post, The Wall Street Journal, The Guardian and Le Figaro, among many others.
