IMPORTANT - PLEASE READ LIABILITY WAIVER AND PHOTO RELEASE AUTHORIZATION
(This replaces the Membership Renewal and the Photo Release Authorization hard copy forms).
LIABILITY WAIVER:
By joining and/or renewing your Montreal Camera Club (MCC) membership, you agree that your participation in any MCC activity is purely voluntary and at your own risk. For a Couple membership, “you” means both you and your partner. You further agree that MCC, its members, guests, and Executive are not and will not be responsible for any damage or injury, direct or indirect loss or illness, including COVID-19, incurred by you as a result of your participation in any MCC activity.
PHOTO RELEASE AUTHORIZATION:
You also agree to the publication on the MCC website and/or social media any images of you taken in relation to club activities, and you specifically permit MCC to display, with credit, on the MCC website and/or social media any photograph you submit to a club competition, presentation, challenge, outing or event. You retain full copyright and ownership of your photographs. If permission is not granted, it is mandatory that you notify, in writing, the Membership Chair by email membership@montrealcameraclub.com .
